A good quality early Gothic Revival oak two drawer writing table designed by Bruce Talbert and made by Gillows Of Lancaster with red leather writing area and eight differering carved florets to each side at each top corner of the square and ring turned legs united by a classic H stretcher on turned feet. Height 60", Width 41", Depth 13 1/2". Circa 1870's.
