A good quality early Gothic Revival oak two drawer writing table designed by Bruce Talbert and made by Gillows Of Lancaster with red leather writing area and 8 differering carved florets to each side at each top corner of the square and ring turned legs united by a classic H stretcher on turned feet. Height 60", Width 41", Depth 13 1/2". Circa 1870's.
