An ebonised ‘turner’s’ rocking chair, in the style of Philip Webb, with turned half wings and a re-rushed seat. The bobbin turned details of this chair are quite similar to the famous reclining armchair designed by Philip Webb in 1866. Height 117cm. Circa 1880. (The Phillip Webb armchair shown with the rocker is now sold)
